01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Salotpk ("salotpk", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at salotpk.ws. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the salotpk platform — including its sportsbook, casino, live games, slots, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the salotpk platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and play on salotpk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Salotpk operates a strict minimum age policy. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held pending return of deposited amounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from salotpk or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Salotpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the period specified by the salotpk support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on salotpk. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under pseudonyms, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering on salotpk you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration. You further agree to keep this information current and to notify salotpk support promptly if any of your details change.

• Your salotpk username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your salotpk account, you must contact support via Live Chat immediately.
• Salotpk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your password with anyone claiming to be salotpk staff.
• You must not allow any other person to use your salotpk account, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.

Salotpk reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point, including at the time of registration, on first withdrawal, or when activity triggers our fraud monitoring systems. Accounts may be placed under temporary restriction while verification is pending.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the salotpk platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of your interaction with the platform.

Accepted payment methods on salotpk include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Salotpk does not accept payments from payment methods not registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 4 hours.
• Withdrawals are processed on a same-day basis for requests submitted before 10:00 PM PKT. Requests submitted after this time are processed the following morning.
• Salotpk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches your registered name on salotpk. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will be declined.
• Salotpk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction.

Salotpk maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified as legitimate may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities. All players implicitly consent to these checks by using the platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Salotpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General bonus rules applicable to all salotpk promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully verified their salotpk account unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Salotpk reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to a designated game. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds and any wagering progress are forfeited on expiry.

Salotpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. Players who have already claimed a promotion will have their existing bonus honoured under the terms in effect at the time of the claim.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on salotpk are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your selections, stake, and odds before confirming any wager. Salotpk will not reverse or refund a bet placed in error unless covered by a specific provision below.

Sports Betting (PSL, Cricket, Football, Esports):

• Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Salotpk reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts and to restrict access to markets for individual accounts without prior notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds. There may be brief periods where in-play markets are suspended — bets cannot be placed during suspension periods.
• Salotpk settles all sports markets according to official results from the relevant governing body. In the case of PSL, the official PCB result stands regardless of any subsequent review or appeal.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a specific portion of the event has been completed sufficient to determine a winner under salotpk's market rules.
• Manifest errors in odds — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds caused by system errors — do not constitute a valid bet and salotpk reserves the right to void such bets regardless of the stated result.

Casino Games (Slots, Roulette, Live Tables):

• All casino and live game outcomes are determined by certified software with independently audited RNG systems. Published RTP figures for each game are accurate and available in the game information panel.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on either the player's side or the salotpk platform, the round will be voided and the stake returned wherever possible. In cases where a partial result has been determined, the result at the point of disconnection may stand.
• Salotpk is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage during a gaming session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the salotpk platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the salotpk platform in any way, including for placing bets, triggering game rounds, or collecting data.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any game, market, or promotion.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display errors, or system vulnerabilities in salotpk games or the platform itself.
• Using salotpk accounts to launder money or process funds for any illegal purpose.
• Registering or operating more than one account on salotpk.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment information.
• Attempting to reverse-charge any salotpk deposit made via credit card without prior dispute resolution through salotpk support.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit strategies across multiple platforms using salotpk accounts in bad faith.

Salotpk employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate across all platform activity. Evidence of prohibited conduct may be reported to appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Salotpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances will typically result in account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified period.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated).

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, salotpk reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity with no breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following successful verification.

Players who wish to close their salotpk account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via Live Chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

09 Responsible Gaming

Salotpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a way to recover losses, or something that causes stress to you or your family.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered salotpk players, accessible directly from account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your salotpk account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a given time period. Once the limit is reached, betting and gaming is suspended until the period resets.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, salotpk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Salotpk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

• Salotpk's total liability to any player arising from any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim.
• Salotpk is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Salotpk is not responsible for losses caused by a player's device failure, internet outage, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Nothing in these Terms limits salotpk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

Salotpk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the salotpk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of salotpk that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration.

Complaints procedure: If you have a complaint about any aspect of the salotpk platform, please contact our support team in the first instance via Live Chat. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter in writing to support@salotpk.ws.
